1. Nature of our services
JNA3 Loans is a financial consulting firm. The services we provide are advisory and educational in nature, focused on the strategy of 0% credit card stacking. We are not a lender, broker, credit card issuer, financial intermediary, or registered investment advisor. We do not make loans, extend credit, issue credit cards, arrange or broker applications, or accept compensation contingent on whether you obtain funding or approvals.
2. No financial, legal, or tax advice
Information provided by JNA3 Loans is general and educational. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances before making any financial or business decision.
3. No guarantee of funding
We cannot and do not guarantee that you will obtain financing, investors, or any particular outcome. The decision to provide capital is always made by third parties outside our control. Our role is to help you prepare, understand, and evaluate your options.
4. No fiduciary relationship
Engaging JNA3 Loans does not by itself create a fiduciary relationship. Any formal engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that describes the scope, fees, and terms of the services provided.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us and for any decisions you make based on our guidance. You are not obligated to follow our recommendations.
